Make your voice heard on innovation in lung cancer care – testify in the Belgian Federal Parliament

APB News and Advocacy

Your story counts.

On 4 December 2025, lung cancer patients have the opportunity, through ALK Positive Belgium and All.Can Belgium, to give a short testimony in the Federal Parliament about how innovation in cancer care — targeted therapy, precision medicine, immunotherapy and molecular testing (for example ALK-positive) — has affected your life. Not only figures, but above all people.

Why take part?

  • You are genuinely heard. Policymakers understand better what works (and what does not) in cancer care when they hear your experience of lung cancer and innovation.
  • You help put pressure on what matters. Faster diagnosis, clearer referral, smoother access to treatments and clinical studies: your voice makes a difference for patients in Belgium.
  • You help others. Your testimony offers recognition, hope and something to hold on to for those who come after you, particularly for people with ALK-positive lung cancer or other biomarkers.
  • You stay in control. You decide what you share.
