Prolong is a peer organization of and for people with lung cancer or lung cancer, which strives for an environment in which people have the opportunity to live a life full of meaning and quality after their diagnosis. With a focus on psychosocial support, empowerment and awareness, Prolong wants to make a difference for everyone affected by this condition, both patients and loved ones.
ALK Positive Belgium is committed to people with ALK-positive lung cancer and their loved ones. The organisation was founded by patients and their relatives to provide support, represent the interests and improve the quality of life of people with ALK+ lung cancer in Belgium. By sharing knowledge, connecting patients, and advocating together for access to innovative treatments, we are building a future where hope and science go hand in hand.
After several mutual contacts, we are convinced of the potential added value of far-reaching cooperation between the two organizations, possibly leading to integration.
